We're looking for a Customer Service Representative II, working in the Pharmaceuticals & Medical Products industry in Bridgewater, New Jersey, United States.
Provides compassionate, knowledgeable and efficient service to consumers and healthcare.
Provides resolutions to customer inquiries from multiple channels as well as data capture for customer trending and product issues.
Manages a variety of tools and projects to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery.
The pay range we are offering is 11 to 16 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
Some college preferred
Call center and/or customer service center experience
Previous pharmaceutical experience preferred
Excellent communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Fluent in Spanish is an asset but not required
Knowledge of SAP is an asset but not required
Siebel experience preferred
Proficient in both verbal and written English
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both in writing and verbally
