We're looking for a Document Coordinator, working in the Biotechnology/Medical Devices industry in Branchburg, New Jersey, United States.
Supports activities and processes associated with the control and maintenance of records in the records room.
Provides assistance to internal and external customers in an efficient and timely manner.
Responds promptly and efficiently to requests for audits and performs duties which include, but are not limited to, retrieving, imaging records, logging out borrowed records, following up to retrieve borrowed records and troubleshooting record requests.
Prepares imaging of electronic DHRs (device history records) that are retained in the records room.
The pay range we are offering is 19 to 20 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
High school diploma, or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
Solid knowledge of computers and computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures and knowledge of Good Documentation Practices.
Familiarity with Trackwise, SAP and Adobe Acrobat a plus
Experience Excel and Iron Mountain a plus
