We're looking for a Senior Deskside Specialist, working in the Aerospace & Defense industry in Boulder, Colorado, United States.
Respond to customer requests for assistance with computer software or hardware.
Provide troubleshooting for software and installation of software.
Troubleshoot networking issues on LAN and Wireless.
Troubleshoot network and voice-related issues, repair personal computer and peripheral equipment problems to the board, device or component levels as appropriate.

The pay range we are offering is 29 to 34 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
High School diploma and 10+ years of related experience; or any related 2-year technical degree and 8+ years of related experience
Advanced knowledge of PC software and networking thru classes and/or experience
Advanced understanding of Desktop/Laptop PC Hardware and components
Advanced understanding of Windows 7 and 10 desktop operating systems
Advanced understanding of Windows Office 365 Pro Plus suite
Ability to support Apple iPhone
Experience with Service Now or other trouble ticketing tools
