The Opportunity

We're looking for a Development Accountant, working in the Real Estate industry in Boston, Massachusetts, United States.

  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly development funding requisitions.
  • Preparing journal entries, account reconciliations and workpapers to support financial reporting.
  • Participating in internal and investor reporting preparation and review meetings.
  • Compiling information and financial statements for auditors.
  • Supporting system improvement initiatives, including streamlining and automating processes.
  • Assisting with special projects and ad hoc requests.

The pay range we are offering is 60,000 to 75,000 per year.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • BA degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2+ years of accounting experience with a strong understanding of fundamental accounting concepts; public accounting experience with CPA preferred
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and ability to quickly adapt to various accounting systems
