We're looking for a Data Scientist, working in the Biotechnology/Medical Devices industry in Bedford, Massachusetts, United States.
Work as part of the IT Early Solutions team to enable innovative drug discovery projects at a new and rapidly expanding research site.
Provide day to day support of existing tools and systems, including training and bug fixing.
Identify gaps and challenges in the ITES platform and deliver innovative solutions that integrate with the existing platform and technology.
Work with the wider IT team and vendors to carry out system implementations from requirement gathering through to deployments and upgrades.
Influence how scientists and IT work together, drive the adoption of FAIR data principles and agile development practices to deliver a powerful data management platform.
The pay we are offering is 58 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
5+ years experience in research IT/Informatics role
Experience in managing or supporting IDBS E-WorkBook, IDBS ActivityBase, Genedata Screener, Genedata BioReg, Titian Mosaic, TIBCO Spotfire, LabKey Server, or Benchling
Experience in managing data (capturing, analyzing or integrating) from a wide range of screening assays such as biochemical, cellular, phenotypic, kinetic, etc.
