The Opportunity

We're looking for a Receptionist, working in the Oil & Gas industry in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, United States.

  • Greets visitors and employees at the reception desk. 
  • Provides clerical support to the HR Manager.
  • Utilizes badge system in which employee and visitor badges are ordered, activated, deactivated, etc. 
  • Handles order supplies. 
  • Organizes meetings and catered events.

The pay range we are offering is 35,000 to 45,000 per year.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • 1-2 years of related experience is required
  • Previous reception experience in a busy environment is preferred
  • Good communication and computer skills are required
  • Proficiency in MS Excel is required
