We're looking for a Customer Service Representative, working in the Healthcare Systems & Services industry in Austin, Texas, United States.
Assisting with customers in preparation for annual election period for Medicare as well as product knowledge.
Handling approximately 80-100 inbound calls per day.
Validating insurance information and resolving customer complaints.
The pay we're offering is 18 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.
