We're looking for a Claims Resolution Specialist - Remote Work From Home, working in the BPO industry in Arkansas, United States.
Position Purpose: In this work-at-home role, you will take your exemplary customer service skills, patience, understanding and compassion to answer inbound phone calls for our clients' members or customers.

Handles claim support inquiries from customers
Maintains clear and thorough documentation in CRM
Multitasks through multiple systems and multiple tools while working with customers, technicians, and contractors
Performs customer outreach for the purpose of Customer Satisfaction
Maintains ownership of existing cases ensuring timely customer updates and resolution
Communicates effectively with team members and customers
Identifies proactive ways to avoid recurring issues by recommending new and updated processes and technical articles
The pay we are offering is 27,040 per year.

Experience Required for Your Success
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service skills: Customer service focused and ability to partner with internal/external contacts
Strong listening, communication, and written skills
Good basic math skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Time management, prioritization, and case management skills
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn and comprehend technical specifications for things within the home such as: appliances, HVAC systems, pool pumps, plumbing and electrical issues
Flexibility - schedule and hours may vary to fit the business needs
Ability to use critical thinking, analytical, and logic skills to isolate and resolve issues, and make decisions in a timely manner
Genuine desire to grow and provide support to internal and external customers
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a high stress environment without making errors
Ability to work independently and effectively manage work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Schedule flexibility to include weekends, evenings, possible holidays and occasional overtime
6 months of experience in customer service
Home warranty or real estate experience desirable
Fundamental understanding of home warranty policies and appliances
Strong technical background
