We're looking for a Cook, working in the Healthcare Systems & Services industry in Annapolis, Maryland, United States.
Prepare food for patient meals, cafeteria, special functions and off-site facilities.
Plan workflow to ensure tasks are met on time and review special functions of the day.
Prepare the cafeteria cycle menu and train new attendants on hot food production for patients and cafeteria.
Test new recipes being considered for inclusion on the menu.
Use patient census and previous cafeteria sales and forecast quantities of foods to prepare and items needing advanced thawing.

Experience Required for Your Success
High school diploma or GED equivalent
1 year experience in quantity food preparation
Must be able to read, write and make simple calculations and follow written and oral instructions
Must be available for weekend and occasional evening work
