The Opportunity

We're looking for an Onsite Specialist, working in the Staffing/Recruiting industry in Aiken, South Carolina, United States.

  • Maintain ongoing communication with customer representatives.
  • Prepare and present statistical/metric reports on status of temporary assignments.
  • Place candidates on temporary assignments in a timely manner.
  • Retrieve and process job orders from clients.
  • Enter, update, and maintain personnel records in the employee database.
  • Conduct investigations of any issues involving temporary associates and the client to include, but not limited to: post-accident drug screening, coaching, and corrective actions.
  • Perform various administrative duties as well as documentation.

The pay range we are offering is 40,000 to 45,000 per year.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • High School Diploma (Some college or degree preferred)
  • 2 years previous staffing and /or HR Experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Strong Systems experience with a focus on reporting
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple demands
  • Ability to maintain an elevated level of confidentiality
  • High sense of urgency to meet customer demands
