The Opportunity

Description

  • Maintain general records, compile data for reports and dashboards, develop & edit Powerpoint slide deck presentations, assist with administrative tasks associated with the cost center(s) budget(s), schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain the calendar for two managers, make travel arrangements, greet/escort visitors, and assist new employees.
  • Coordinate work within the work unit and with other work units/departments, both internal and external to the company.
  • Work on assignments that are complex in nature and that require considerable judgment, initiative, and confidentiality.

Experience Required for Your Success

  • Minimum of 5+ year’s general administrative experience or equivalent combination of experience and college level education is required
  • Highly proficient with Outlook calendar
  • Strong Excel and data analytic skill
  • Ability to develop and maintain dashboards
  • Ability to design power point slide decks
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to manage and drive projects
  • Ability to work with multiple partners collaboratively and cooperatively
  • Great team player with positive disposition who likes to have fun
  • Abilityto adapt to changing guidelines and protocols in the office
