The Opportunity
Description
- Works with hiring managers of all levels and understands their hiring needs.
- Recruits for Software Engineers.
- Sources passive candidates.
- Interviews and screens active and passive candidates for skills, work history, salaryrequirements, and hiring manager/company culture fit.
- Develops and maintains a strong pipeline of qualified talent to submit to current andfuture client base.
- Works closely with team members on best overall practices, problem solve quickly,streamline processes.
- Provides consistent and clear communication with internal team members.
- Manages client expectations with timely and accurate communication.
- Provides real-time updates to the Practice Lead regarding the status of yourengagements.
- Maintains client and employee confidentiality.

Experience Required for Your Success
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- 5+ years of experience recruiting for Software Engineers is required
- 5-10 years of experience coding in straight C language or Java language is preferred
