- Handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on the client's accounts.
- Respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics.
- Support areas including cash management products and services, client website and mobile app, and general account or financial related inquiries.

Experience Required for Your Success
- College degree preferred.
- 2 years of Call Center experience.
- Financial experience preferred.
- This role requires that all successful applicants be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of the engagement and provide proof of such vaccinations within 3 days of commencement of services.
