The Opportunity

Description

  • Works with hiring managers of all levels and understands their hiring needs.
  • Creates and executes strategic recruitment plans for a wide variety of positions from C-suite, Executive to individual contributors in every industry.
  • Sources passive candidates.
  • Interviews and screens active and passive candidates for skills, work history, salaryrequirements, and hiring manager/company culture fit.
  • Develops and maintains a strong pipeline of qualified talent to submit to current andfuture client base.
  • Works closely with team members on best overall practices, problem solve quickly,streamlines processes.
  • Provides consistent and clear communication with internal team members
  • Manages client expectations with timely and accurate communication.
  • Provides real-time updates to the Practice Lead regarding the status of yourengagements.
  • Maintains client and employee confidentiality

Experience Required for Your Success

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • 7+ years of work experience as a recruiter in one of the following areas: IT/Technology, Healthcare, Digital Media, Sales/Professional, or Generalist recruiting is required.
  • Hands-on experience and expertise with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, social media strategies, and job boards are required.
