The Opportunity

Description

  • Defines current state with a complete view of up and downstream impacts on all internal and external functional areas.
  • Gains internal and external resources trust so that they will share pain points, process inefficiencies and potential future state solutions openly.
  • Documents current and future state cross-functional process flows.
  • Documents procedures, PowerPoint presentations independently and in a team environment.
  • Provides leadership with project status, feedback and appropriate level of report details on key projects.
  • Leads team projects and participate as a team member/contributor.
  • Communicates with all levels of resources; especially complex or difficult messages.

Experience Required for Your Success

  • College degree required
  • 5-7 years of Healthcare related process improvement or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, listening and verbal skills
  • Proven Intermediate to advanced proven cross-functional process flow experience
  • Intermediate to advanced proven data analysis
  • Advanced problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate to advance Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
  • Proven data analysis and ability to demonstrate pattern recognition quickly
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to various levels of resources (e.g. Customer Service Representative, Vice President)
  • Highly motivated and works well as a team member or individual contributor; dependent upon project demand and type
  • Intermediate to advanced technical and requirements writing
  • Capable of leading projects and meeting and/or exceeding deadlines
  • Strong project and time management
  • Awareness of ACA and BCBSA Regulations
  • Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) experience preferred
  • Agile methodology experience preferred
