Tampa, Florida, United States.

PSG Global
Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Licensed Agent Recruiters to join our
expanding organization. As a Recruiter, you will be filling high volume sales,
customer service, technical support, and licensed agent roles in the BPO sector
as well as directly to the client. This is a remote salaried position.
Responsibilities
- Manage high volume requisition
load while meeting time-to-fill deadlines and monthly offer and hire targets.
- Effectively screen candidates
using behavioral interviewing techniques
- Function as a consultative
partner to Recruiting Manager by conducting thoughtful intake sessions,
presenting sourcing strategies, and providing recommendations for the business.
- Formulate and execute strategic
sourcing methods to build a pipeline of passive candidates using tools
such as LinkedIn, Indeed, social media channels, local networks, employee
referrals and other creative sources.
- Use passive
and direct sourcing techniques and seek new methods and innovative solutions
to identify and attract prospective candidates and build pipelines.
- Act as a brand ambassador for our
clients to increase awareness of their organization and job opportunities.
- Maintain
well-ordered and accurate documentation on all candidates.
- Extend offers and accurately
document recruiting activities within our client’s applicant tracking
system and/or shared candidate tracking documents.

Experience Required for Your Success
- 2+ years’ experience in high volume recruitment (in-house, agency or RPO).
- Minimum of 1 year recruiting licensed health and life agents in Florida primarily, and across other US states.
- Successful track record of filling 30+ hires/month.
- Familiar with pertinent employment laws and related compliance issues.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills and effective organizational skills.
- Solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Time management skills and the ability to multitask and balance objectives.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced result-oriented environment.
