Recruitment Specialist - Admin, working in
Staffing/Recruiting industry in
Ayala Avenue, Makati City, Metro Manila, 1223, Philippines.
- Performing reference requests via phone call, text, or email.
- Tracking and following up on reference requests.
- Completing the reference document according to client guidelines.
Experience Required for Your Success
- Experience in credentialing and sourcing or with previous admin experience preferred
- Excellent written communication skills
- Proficient with MS applications
- Ability to understand complex processes while executing in several systems
- Ability to learn more than one thing and be able to pick up as necessary
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks within deadline
- Great multi-tasking skill and solid attention to detail
- Incredible attention to detail
- Has initiative and ability to follow up is very important
- Willing to work on a night shift schedule
- Willing to work in San Juan (if needed)
