We're looking for an Accounting Project Analyst, working in Real Estate industry in Bethesda, Maryland, United States.- Provide support to team by responding to ad-hoc data requests and questions by providing analysis
- Work closely with manager to assist with analysis and preparation of reports/projects
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of project data
- Simplify data when presenting analysis

Experience Required for Your Success
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 3-5 years of work at an affordable housing/tax credit developer
- Yardi experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational, time management and prioritizing skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail while working at a fast pace and under tight deadlines.
- Excellent computer skills
- General understanding of advanced computerized accounting systems
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel.
- Strong management and project management skills and efficiently working with deadline
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Desire to thrive and be successful in a fast-paced, deadline driven, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
