The Opportunity


We're looking for a Project Coordinator, working in Engineering/Manufacturing industry in Bridgewater, Massachusetts, United States.

  • Assists Project Manager in set-up, tracking and managing project contractual paperwork, schedules, financials and reporting.
  • Tracks tasks for budget status and schedules adherence, drafts Task Order amendments and prepares invoices.
  • Interfaces with project management, subs, landlord, and on occasion client representatives.
  • Maintains the day to day functions of the project office, utilities, vendors, purchasing, etc.
  • Prepares complex reports and project metrics based on Project Manager needs.
  • Reviews and evaluates contractor, consultant and force account invoices and prepares cost projections.
  • Prepares progress reports.

Experience Required for Your Success

  • BA/BS degree, or AA/AS degree with 2 years of relevant experience; or HS Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in MBTA, project systems, invoicing, scheduling, contract task order preparation and set up, and budget tracking
  • Knowledge of eBuilder software preferred
  • Strong knowledge of MBTA contract and invoicing systems, departments, and personnel
