The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Virtual Design and Construction Manager, working in Real Estate industry in Athens, Georgia, United States.- Develops and implements company programs.
- Implements the BIM execution plan on new projects.
- Resolves BIM related issues in contract documents.
- Leads weekly BIM Coordination meetings with the design and subcontractor teams, including reports, dashboards, documents (i.e. mark-ups, screen shots).
- Maintains and distributes meeting minutes, and tracks action items.
- Ensures that any contract with company construction’s preferred consultant is in place.
- Reviews BIM execution plan requirements with sub's in-house BIM team.
- Ensures the BIM language included in contracts has been agreed to by all parties.

Experience Required for Your Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Construction Technology, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related industry
- 7-10 years of construction technologies
- Hands-on experience in the AEC industry working on the adoption of VDC on large capital projects
- Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
