The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for
Support Associate, working in
Staffing/Recruiting industry in
Dallas, Texas, United States.
- Deliver 5-star, virtual support to Spanish speaking workers.
- Work virtually through our support platform, as well as speak with workers over the phone (if needed).
- Help existing workers troubleshoot any issues they experience (i.e. a delayed payment).
- Stay on top of new policies, procedures, and programs that affect workers.
- Identify key trends in support issues and communicate them to the Support team.
- Work with the support team to make our processes even better.
- Assist with the content building for our FAQ articles and other end-user communications.

Experience Required for Your Success
- Combination of retail, sales, client-facing, and/or customer service experience
- Bilingual with written and speaking proficiency in Spanish & English
- Excellent working knowledge of spelling, punctuation, and grammar rules
- Comfortable learning and adapting to new technology
- Outstanding communicator, with the ability to interact and connect with many types of personalities
- Patient teacher and have a passion for empowering others
- Ability to quickly and efficiently problem solve and troubleshoot
- Self-motivated and ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
- Flexible towards working different shifts for optimal support coverage
