The Opportunity

Description

We're looking for Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, working in Pharmaceuticals and Medical Products industry in 410 The American Road, Morris Plains, New Jersey, 07950, United States.

  • Designs and delivers recruitment strategies and high volume full-cycle recruitment while building a talent pipeline for future jobs.
  • Manages the entire recruitment process including creating recruitment strategies sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating and hiring for all level positions.
  • Identifies passive job seekers using a full range of recruitment tactics and resources.
  • Negotiates all offers including starting base and variable pay, relocation and bonuses as appropriate.
  • Manages vendor relationships for both individual and bulk-hiring needs for the assigned function.

Experience Required for Your Success

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of Human Resources experience including three years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferably working for a pharmaceutical/biotechnology company.
  • Proven track record to recruit candidates at all levels.
  • Experience with recruiting information/applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to manage ongoing workload demands of both planned and unplanned projects and requests.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems through creativity and sound recruiting principles.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
