The Opportunity

Description

We're looking for a Senior Clinical Trial Associate, working in Pharmaceuticals and Medical Products industry in Newton, Massachusetts, United States.

  • Assists and provides support to the members of the clinical operations project team (e.g., Clinical Project/Trial Managers, Head of Clinical Operations).
  • Assists in supporting the conduct of trials and may be responsible for managing specific study and operational tasks.

Experience Required for Your Success

  • Bachelors degree or Nursing qualification is required (Scientific/health care field preferred, but not required)
  • 0 to 2 years experience in relevant field (eg. clinical site, CRO, Sponsor or clinical trial vendor)
  • Adequate Good Clinical Practice training
  • General knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines governing clinical research
  • Comfortable with technology and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail in composing and proofing materials, establishing priorities, scheduling and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to professionally interact and communicate with visitors, vendors and individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands
  • Ability to work successfully within a cross-functional team
