The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Quality Manager IV, working in Pharmaceuticals and Medical Products industry in 1 Discovery Drive, Swiftwater, Pennsylvania, 18370, United States.- Responsible for the resolution of deviations, CAPAs, or other documents in order to meet production and product release requirements.
- Utilize root cause analysis techniques during deviation investigational process.
- Work cross functionally, to support the development and implementation of continuous process improvements.
- Support production needs and continuous improvement including change control, deviation writing / review, CAPA implementation, and operational optimization.

Experience Required for Your Success
- Bachelors degree required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to work extended and flexible hours (including weekends) when needed
- Resolution of deviations, CAPAs, or other documents in order to meet production and product release requirements
