The Opportunity

Description

We're looking for a Report Publishing Associate, working in Pharmaceuticals and Medical Products industry in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey, United States.

  • Responsible for Report Publishing. All Report Publishing activities directed through the Report Publishing group are shared amongst the Report Publishing team. The Associate is expected to deliver submission ready reports back to the stakeholders, in accordance with both internal guidance and regional best practices.
  • The Report Publishing Associate should have a good knowledge of Report Publishing processes and the requirements across regions for different report types (e.g. DSUR, PSUR, IMPD, CSR, etc.), and act as SME across a number of processes and systems with key accountability for the delivery of high quality output from those systems or processes
  • The Report Publishing Associate is responsible for communications to external groups who provide content to the Report Publishers, communicating effectively with the Report Publishing Lead and sharing information with the Head of Report Publishing.
  • The Report Publishing Associate is also responsible for capturing metrics as required contributing to the departmental processes, supporting departmental projects to improve Eisais Report Publishing effectiveness and communicating effectively with colleagues in the department.

Experience Required for Your Success

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 1-2 in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience of publishing tools and document management systems, and awareness of regional requirements for report publishing in the EU and Japan is beneficial.
