The Opportunity
Description
- Responsible for Data Migration process for all phases including extraction, transformation, loading.
- Oversee overall data cleansing (possibly with additional sub-lead types representing each BU) - Hub/Factory to provide reports, but this role can monitor the stats and help escalate when were falling behind.
- Be POC for monitoring validation reports during loads.
- Support with legacy system extracts and data analysis on an ad hoc basis.
- Cleansing activities including, support and guidance to business users, support all reporting needs, data profiles.
- Responsible for managing, monitoring of all data cleansing activities including, support and guidance to business users, support all reporting needs, data profiles.
- Flexibility with tools and technologies is a huge plus.
- Facilitate connecting project team with additional business SMEs for IT related questions.
- Accountable for delivering successful MOCK migrations and production load including sign-off and verification from the business representatives.
- Accountable and responsible for developing Risk matrix and mitigation plan.

Experience Required for Your Success
- Data migration project experience is a MUST with a lead role
- Experience with SAP ERP is a MUST with good understanding of SAP data objects (Customers, Vendors, Materials, Purchase Orders, Sales Orders etc.) and dependencies between them
- Good understanding of SAP data objects (Customers, Vendors, Materials, Purchase Orders, Sales Orders etc.) and dependencies between them
- Self-driven, motivated individual who can efficiently influence delivery in complicated matrix organization
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with SAP Advanced Data Migration by BackOffice Associates is a plus
- Data Migration Lead/Manager - SAP S/4 Hana
