Experience Required for Your Success
Requirements:
- BS in Chemical or Mechanical engineering, or related degree supplemented with relevant experience
- Experience in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry
- Experience in cGMP environment, including commissioning, qualification (including FAT/SAT), and validation
- Demonstrated technical design expertise & experience with aseptic filling lines, automated visual inspection, isolator technology, aseptic processing, disposable/single-use process equipment and systems, and related technologies
- Demonstrated experience working within structured design engineering environments, familiarity with industry best practices for design engineering, documentation, project execution and delivery
- Must have some time in a direct design engineer role
- Demonstrated experience managing teams consisting of internal & external staff, as well as managing engineering activities performed under lump-sum or other contracting formats
- Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written
- Leadership skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
