Description

We're looking for a CAD Specialist, working in Pharmaceuticals and Medical Products industry in 101 Main Street, Cambridge, Massachusetts, 02142, United States.

Job description:
  • Provide functional support for space and workplace management.
  • Maintain office and laboratory CAD standards and management of all Revit and .DWG files.
  • Support space and workplace related CAD changes.
  • Support an integrated workplace performance management tools and processes (e.g. IWMS, CAFM) through CAD overlay.
  • Manage and maintain office and laboratory CAD standards.
  • Support Capital Projects in turnover document review and approval process.
  • Manage over all CAD/BIM library.

Experience Required for Your Success

Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in Facilities Management or Architectural Design, or equivalent work experience
  • Atleast 5 years in full service FM environments
  • Space planning and IWMS experience preferred
  • Knowledge and working expertise of BIM/CAD
  • Excellent program and project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to easily adapt to collaborative teams and a matrix management organization
  • Excellent customer service skills
