The Opportunity

Job description:

  • Support NeuroScience & General Medicicine US Clinical Operations team and certain study drug teams.
  • Manage calendar and travel itineraries.
  • Manage and process expense reports.
  • Coordinate meetings (including international meetings), compliance, agendas for meetings.
  • Assist with and routing phone calls, prioritize mail, file, handle confidential information, invoice, budget tracking for the department.
  • Work within EMMI system to enter new sites for assigned compounds, as required.
  • Print eTMF reports via PhlexEmetrics, as required.

Experience Required for Your Success

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree Required
  • Pharma experience preferred
  • ADP or Concur experience preferred
  • General knowledge of accounting and invoice processing within an automated financial system
  • SRM/SAP purchasing/invoice processing experience a plus
  • Strong computer proficiency including MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Lotus Notes preferred
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical terminology a plus
  • Comfortable using electronic databases and researching online
  • Ability to work independently and to prioritize workload and shift work activities in order to meet business needs and department goals
  • Ability to multi-task, work with multiple managers concurrently, organizational and coordination skills
  • Must have excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to present one's self in a professional manner, respect for confidentiality and ability to manage individual relationships with diplomacy required
  • Highly pro-active with the ability to plan and manage tasks and long term projects with minimum supervision
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask is required; organized and able to prioritize work
