The Opportunity

Description

Job description:
  • Provides administrative and coordination support to local departmental heads and their team members.
  • Proactively manages calendars, schedules departmental meetings, books offsite meetings and events, organizes teleconferences with global colleagues, coordinates site visits and performs other administrative tasks.
  • Arranges domestic and international travel for local departmental heads and their team members as requested.
  • Distributes campus-wide infrastructure email announcements affecting all departments.
  • Facilitates works order submissions for all departments.
  • Maintains office equipment and supplies.
  • Coordinates catering services for meetings (as appropriate) and setup of conference rooms.
  • Collaborate with Facilities and Space Planning departments on facilities-related business needs and building maintenance.
  • Assists Senior Site Coordinator with Site CAPEX Asset management.
  • Assists with communication and public relations of BPD in electronic and printed media; maintains departmental SharePoint.

Experience Required for Your Success

Requirements:
  • Associate Degree or higher 3-6 years of experience in administrative duties
  • Strong organizational/communication skills (both verbal and written) required
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience in interacting with all levels of management and with global colleagues
  • Excellent telephone and in-person skills
  • Experience in Concur, SharePoint, MS Office Suite
