The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Clinical Trial Lead, working in Pharmaceuticals and Medical Products industry in Princeton, New Jersey, United States.- Act as the operational lead for assigned domestic and global protocols, overseeing a CRO team and ensuring proper conduct and timely completion of projects
- Contribute to the development of protocols, amendments, and Case Report Forms
- Oversee the ESP in their conduct of the day-to-day operations, including: Development of ICFs and other study-related documents, Study planning and reporting, Recruitment strategy, etc.

Experience Required for Your Success
- Minimum 5 years of experience required in the pharmaceutical industry required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leading multidisciplinary study teams from final protocol to database lock required
- Comprehensive knowledge of clinical operations required
- Understanding of the clinical and scientific basis for assigned protocols required
- Experience working with the Microsoft suite of programs required
- Understanding of clinical trial related software (eCRFs, IWRS, CTMS) required
- Previous field monitoring experience preferred
- Minimum of BS Degree or RN required
