Experience Required for Your Success
- 4-8 years of full life cycle recruiting within Life Science and/or Technology industries
- Experience recruiting candidates for G&A positions; finance, accounting, legal focused
- Proven ability to effectively manage moving priorities and tasks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively partner with hiring managers, leadership and candidates with tact and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to document
- Basic comfort level with Google tools, spreadsheets and cloud-based databases
- Must be comfortable working alone
- Previous work experience with applicant tracking tools such as Greenhouse
