We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dedicatedLeasing Consultant/Occupancy Specialistto ensure regulatory compliance, manage certification processes, and support resident stability across our affordable housing portfolio.
This is a fully remote position with limited travel (one week per month to VA/MD properties during the initial 4-month onboarding phase). This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact while growing your career in affordable housing compliance.
Pay Rate:$60,000–$65,000 per year
Location:Remote (U.S.-based) — Initial travel to VA/MD required 1
week per month during onboarding

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum3 years of experiencein affordable housing
- Provide guidance to prospective residents during the application process
- Coordinate interviews and processes applications
- Prepare lease packages and documents for move in
- Process income certifications and recertifications for multiple affordable housing programs
- Strong
organizational skills, with a sharp attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency
with OneSite, or similar property management/compliance software
- COS,
TCS, or equivalent certifications preferred
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong
communication and organizational skills
- High
attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency
in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and property software (OneSite,
Yardi, etc.)
- COS,
TCS, or similar certifications preferred (training available)
Work Environment:
- Remote-based
with computer and phone work
- One
week per month of travel (VA/MD) required during onboarding phase
- Occasional
additional travel for training or site support may be needed
