The Opportunity

Description

Shift:6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 4 days & 10-Hours/day | Weekend & Holiday Availability Required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep the entire plant—inside and out—clean, organized, and as lint-free as possible
  • Maintain the cleanliness of outdoor spaces, including parking lots and building grounds
  • Safely handle and dispose of waste, including recycling plastic bags from soil sort
  • Follow all safety and standard operating procedures with precision
  • Maintain quality and cleanliness standards that support a healthy and productive work environment

Experience Required for Your Success

  • Must have 1 year or more of cleaning, housekeeping, or sanitation experience.
  • Strong understanding of and adherence to all safety rules and procedures.
  • Must be flexible to work beyond scheduled hours if needed due to production demands.
  • Must be available to work Monday through Saturday; schedule will be assigned after hire.
  • Must be punctual and maintain excellent attendance.
  • Able to follow detailed instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
