- Hourly Rate:$30.00
- Location:Daytona Beach, FL
- Schedule:Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Weekends only for emergencies)

As a Maintenance Supervisor, You Will:
- Actively participate in all maintenance and repair activities while leading the team
- Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general property upkeep
- Perform and manage preventive maintenance across the property
- Supervise staff and vendors, schedule work, and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Manage inventory, supplies, and operating expenses
- Respond to and resolve maintenance requests and emergencies efficiently
- Ensure timely unit turnovers and maintain a high standard of readiness

What We’re Looking For:
- 5+
years of residential property maintenance experience, with at
least3 years supervising teams and vendors
- Strong
technical skills with a focus onpreventive maintenanceandproperty
upkeep
- Must
betech-savvyand comfortable using maintenance software
and mobile work order systems
- CPO
(Certified Pool Operator)andEPA Universal Certificationrequired
- HVAC
certification preferred
- Strong
leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Available
foremergency on-call rotation(weekends only as needed)
