As a Property Manager, You Will:

  • Oversee all aspects of property operations including occupancy, leasing, budgeting, vendor contracts, maintenance coordination, and staff management
  • Ensure full compliance with HUD and/or LIHTC regulations, handling annual and interim recertifications, MORs, file audits, and REAC inspections
  • Lead, coach, and support a large site team, including leasing, maintenance, and administrative staff, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
  • Resolve resident concerns, manage evictions, and enforce community policies with professionalism and empathy
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets, track performance metrics, and ensure cost-effective decision-making.

Experience Required for Your Success

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of on-site property management experience, with a strong background inProject-Based Section 8 and/or LIHTChousing
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a large team effectively
  • Strong knowledge of HUD compliance, recertification processes, and occupancy regulations
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, OneSite) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
