who can confidently navigate the complexities of affordable housing
regulations, compliance reporting, recertifications, and inspections.

occupancy issues to driving community engagement, you’ll balance operational
oversight with people-first service.
As a Property Manager, You Will:
- Oversee all aspects of property operations including occupancy, leasing, budgeting, vendor contracts, maintenance coordination, and staff management
- Ensure full compliance with HUD and/or LIHTC regulations, handling annual and interim recertifications, MORs, file audits, and REAC inspections
- Lead, coach, and support a large site team, including leasing, maintenance, and administrative staff, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
- Resolve resident concerns, manage evictions, and enforce community policies with professionalism and empathy
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, track performance metrics, and ensure cost-effective decision-making.

What We’re Looking For:
- 3+
years of on-site property management experience, with a strong
background inProject-Based Section 8 and/or LIHTChousing
- Proven
ability to lead and manage a large team effectively
- Strong
knowledge of HUD compliance, recertification processes, and occupancy
regulations
- Excellent
communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency
in property management software (e.g., Yardi, OneSite) and Microsoft
Office Suite
- High
school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
