The Opportunity
Description
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections and routine equipment repairs
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues quickly during production
- Handle changeovers smoothly and efficiently
- Fabricate or modify equipment as needed to improve operations
- Maintain and log all maintenance records and shift reports
- Operate and maintain plant equipment safely, including that involving chemicals (e.g., caustic, acids, ammonia)
- Assist in the upkeep of off-site facilities
- Be available for on-call emergency support
- Keep a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Our Client
Experience Required for Your Success
- Experience with general maintenance in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Skilled in pump and motor repair
- Familiarity with computer-operated machinery, industrial electrical systems, and welding
- Licensed Millwright preferred
- Plumbing experience a plus
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Self-starter with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work flexible shifts and indoor/outdoor environments as required
