The Opportunity

Description

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative maintenance inspections and routine equipment repairs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues quickly during production
  • Handle changeovers smoothly and efficiently
  • Fabricate or modify equipment as needed to improve operations
  • Maintain and log all maintenance records and shift reports
  • Operate and maintain plant equipment safely, including that involving chemicals (e.g., caustic, acids, ammonia)
  • Assist in the upkeep of off-site facilities
  • Be available for on-call emergency support
  • Keep a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Experience Required for Your Success

  • Experience with general maintenance in an industrial/manufacturing environment
  • Skilled in pump and motor repair
  • Familiarity with computer-operated machinery, industrial electrical systems, and welding
  • Licensed Millwright preferred
  • Plumbing experience a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
  • Self-starter with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work flexible shifts and indoor/outdoor environments as required
