The Opportunity
Description
- Set up, monitor, and operate CV lines and additional equipment as required for manufacturing under direct supervision.
- Perform Tape Head operation, setup, and cleaning, including loading and unloading products at the Work Center.
- Follow safety protocols and quality standards in alignment with Job Safety Analysis (JSA), production schedule, setup instructions, and quality specifications.
- Conduct quality assurance tasks according to manufacturing/engineering specifications, ISO standards, and other requirements.
- Assist with training other employees and supporting team members as needed.
- Build individual skills while collaborating with other departments to complete projects related to the tape line.
- Follow verbal and written instructions, maintain accurate records, and perform other duties as required

Experience Required for Your Success
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of previous manufacturing or shop experience
- Ability to read and interpret routine instructions
- Basic mathematical skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools and precision measuring equipment
- Good communication skills, safety-oriented mindset, and strong teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to follow work center guidelines and operate in a fast-paced environment
