The Opportunity
Description
Schedule:08:00 AM - 04:30 PM5 days a week, including 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks.
About the Role:
We’re looking for reliable, physically capable individuals to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced warehouse environment. If you enjoy staying active and are ready to roll up your sleeves, this is the role for you. You’ll be responsible for moving, organizing, and processing storage boxes, bins, and totes—keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay active throughout your shift by walking, bending, reaching, squatting, and lifting
- Handle a variety of storage items including boxes, books, binders, and media
- Use hand carts, pallet jacks, and other tools to move materials safely and efficiently
- Load, stack, and shrink wrap pallets, preparing them for delivery
- Operate handheld scanners and a simple computer system to track orders and locations
- Climb ladders and manage box placements safely at different heights
- Keep track of orders and ensure boxes are labeled, loaded, and processed correctly
- Maintain safety standards and wear protective footwear (ASTM F2413-11 compliant with slip-resistant soles)

- Must
be physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs without assistance on a
regular basis
- Able
to kneel, squat, bend, and climb ladders throughout your shift
- Must
be capable of working on concrete and uneven surfaces safely
- Can
work between 8AM-4:30PM, potential overtime and weekend work when
needed.
