The Opportunity
Description
- Perform
all duties associated with a Control Valve Technician I, with additional
technical responsibilities.
- Locate,
interpret, and utilize manufacturer installation and operation manuals.
- Conduct
inspections to identify necessary corrective actions as authorized.
- Perform
Positive Material Identification (PMI) as needed.
- Assemble,
test, and troubleshoot control valves and other equipment following
applicable codes, standards, and specifications.
- Install
instrumentation and accessories on valves as required.
- Operate
diagnostic tools such as Valscope and profiler to evaluate valve
performance.
- Calibrate
measurement and diagnostic equipment in compliance with internal quality
procedures.
- Measure
and record critical dimensions according to manufacturer specifications.
- Ensure
work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies and
procedures.

mechanical and troubleshooting skills.

to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and blueprints.
- Experience
with diagnostic tools and calibration equipment.
- Familiarity
