As a Maintenance Supervisor, You Will:
- Lead and manage all maintenance operations, including scheduling, supervising staff, and ensuring top-quality repairs and service
- Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, landscaping, snow removal, and apartment turnover tasks
- Maintain inventory, manage vendor contracts, and help control operating expenses
- Ensure work orders, emergency responses, and unit make-readies are completed efficiently and in compliance with safety standards

What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications a plus
- 3+ years of experiencein residential property maintenance, including supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general carpentry
- Proficiency with maintenance software, Microsoft Office, and OSHA safety standards
- Valid driver’s license requiredmust be within 30 minutes of Troy, NY
- Must be available for on-call rotation and emergency situations
