What You’ll Do
- Implement business plans and oversee property performance
- Review and approve budgets, purchasing, and vendor agreements
- Ensure timely and accurate financial and operational reporting
- Resolve escalated resident issues and support resident satisfaction
- Coach, train, and develop high-performing onsite teams

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of property management experience, including team supervision
- Strong knowledge of LIHTC, HUD programs, and affordable housing compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with budgeting, reporting, and vendor management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; OneSite experience preferred
- Preferred certifications:CAM, ARM, COS, CPO, SHCM, or TCS
