We’re seeking aPortfolio Resident Service Coordinatorto support residents across eight properties inMassachusetts, connecting them with the resources they need to live independently and with dignity.

Location:8 properties across Massachusetts


Salary: $85,000 annually, based on experience

Hiring Timeline:We aim to fill this role within 30 days

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate resident access to health, wellness, education, and financial services
  • Develop supportive programs that promote independence and community connection
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local agencies and service providers
  • Support lease compliance, resident conflict resolution, and community engagement
  • Track and document services provided, referrals made, and outcomes achieved

Experience Required for Your Success

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in Social Work or related field(or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ yearsin resident services, case management, or community outreach
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations
  • Knowledge of community-based services and resident support programs
