Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven Contracts Specialist to join our team. If you have experience drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards and internal policies.
- Manage a variety of contracts, including software/technology, goods, and services agreements.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to address contract-related concerns and requirements.
- Support procurement activities, including vendor coordination and purchase documentation.
- Maintain accurate contract records and monitor key dates, deliverables, and obligations.
Experience Required for Your Success
- At least 1 year of experience in contract management, drafting, and negotiation (preferably in a BPO setting).
- Familiarity with multiple types of contracts (software/technology, goods, and services).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to prioritize, work independently, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to work onsite in Ayala, Makati, and occasionally in Alabang, with flexibility for weekend work as needed (dayshift schedule).
