About the Role:
We’re hiring a skilled Automation Maintenance Technician to help keep our warehouse equipment running smoothly! You'll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and support ongoing system improvements — all while working in a high-energy environment that values safety, accuracy, and teamwork.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and system improvements on automation and warehouse equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC issues and provide hands-on technical support.
- Maintain accurate service records through CMMS and ensure part inventory is updated.
- Partner with supervisors, vendors, and operations teams to optimize system efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout (LOTO), PPE use, and fall protection.

Experience Required for Your Success
- 3–5 years of maintenance experience in an automation, industrial, or similar setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights (up to 80 ft), and in varied temperatures (0°F to 90°F).
- Strong skills in mechanical repair, electrical systems (up to 480 volts), PLC troubleshooting, and basic computer use.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and perform fine adjustments to sensors, switches, and controllers.
- Must bring own basic hand tools (list provided upon offer).
