The Opportunity

Description

The Head of Business Development plays a crucial role in driving the expansion and revenue growth of our recruiting and HR services. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in new client prospecting, presentation development and delivery, and contract negotiations. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the recruiting and HR landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Client Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    Identify and engage potential clients to create business opportunities and build strong relationships.

  • Presentation Development and Delivery:
    Create and deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate our recruiting and HR services.

  • Contract Negotiations and Strategic Partnerships:
    Lead negotiations to secure agreements with clients and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand our reach and drive revenue growth.

  • Client Consultation and Industry Understanding:
    Discuss client requirements to provide tailored solutions while staying updated on industry trends to align strategies with client needs.

  • Client Information Management and Reporting:
    Maintain up-to-date client records, track interactions for billing accuracy, and prepare regular reports on sales and business activities for senior management.

  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with internal departments to ensure alignment and successful execution of business objectives.

Experience Required for Your Success

  • 3 years in a business development role with a focus on new client prospecting and contract negotiations within the recruiting or HR industry.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for tracking sales and managing client relationships.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in generating reports and analyzing data.
  • Knowledge of recruiting and HR services is essential.
  • Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up in Ayala, Makati.
