The Opportunity

Description

Schedule: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday (OT & weekends as needed)

  • Prepare, set up, and maintain equipment for scheduled production runs
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Perform emergency repairs and routine preventative maintenance
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders
  • Replace motors, gearboxes, bearings, and other components as needed
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policies
  • Collaborate with machine operators and other maintenance personnel
  • Install or modify wiring systems for various machinery loads

Experience Required for Your Success

  • No college degree required – technical training or relevant experience is preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance and electrical troubleshooting
  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • Solid knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Ability to read technical manuals, diagnose issues, and work independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Must be flexible with schedule and able to work OT/weekends as needed
Preferred (but not required):
  • Experience in commercial laundry or industrial processing environments
  • Familiarity with OSHA and electrical safety practices
