Hourly Rate: $16.50
Daily Gas Reimbursement: $5.00
Must Have Own Vehicle to Travel Between 12 Sites

Active & Varied Work:
You’ll stay on the move each day, traveling between 12 residential properties
and handling a mix of cleaning, light maintenance, and support for resident
events and office spaces.
Reliable, Long-Term Opportunity:
This is a stable, long-term temporary position with consistent hours and
support from an experienced, mission-driven team.
As a Custodian, You Will:
- Clean and maintain all common areas, grounds, sidewalks, laundry rooms, parking areas, and vacant units
- Assist with light maintenance such as replacing bulbs, minor plumbing, appliance cleaning, and reporting issues
- Support seasonal exterior work including lawn care, snow removal, and leaf blowing
- Help with setup and cleanup for resident events and on-site activities
- Travel between up to 12 properties using your own vehicle (daily gas reimbursement provided)

What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous full-time janitorial or custodial experience preferred
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and communicate effectively
- Physically able to lift up to 51 lbs., bend, climb, and work indoors/outdoors in all weather
