The Opportunity

Description

  • Set up, monitor, and operate various pieces of equipment associated with the manufacturing facility under direct supervision.
  • Operate machines such as rewinders, cover lines, packagers, braiders, and plastic extruders.
  • Handle the operation of multiple machines simultaneously, building reels, or operating a forklift.
  • Perform repair, patching, or splicing of pipes as needed.
  • Conduct quality assurance activities as required by manufacturing/engineering specifications and ISO requirements.

Experience Required for Your Success

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience operating manufacturing equipment is preferred.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work under direct supervision.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance processes and adherence to specifications.
  • Forklift certification is a plus.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
