The Opportunity

Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor two production lines to produce high-quality products, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards.
  • Perform regular quality checks and maintain control panels, adjusting parameters as necessary.
  • Participate in plant safety, quality, maintenance programs, and proactively address equipment issues.
  • Perform cleanup, assist with machine repairs, and handle reworked materials, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, report production concerns, and assist in training and development.

Experience Required for Your Success

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Previous manufacturing or process-related experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team or independently with minimal supervision.
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Basic math and computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SAP, Ignition).
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs and work in an industrial environment with mandatory PPE.
